Mother’s Day is almost here and in today’s Epicure Good Food section I talked to chefs about what they make with their children at home to celebrate the special woman in their lives. Read the full story here. Personally I like the idea of a roast chicken and I’m planning on using my new favourite recipe, Thomas Keller’s, which I found on Buzz Feed. All you need is salt, pepper, twine and a roasting rack. Yum! But for dessert Neil Perry’s chocolate cake looks like a winner…
